Everything you need to turn scattered paperwork into a lender-ready application.

LoanPilot does the reading, the listening and the structuring. You do the judgment.

Reads what your clients actually send

A payslip attached to an email, a bank statement in a reply three days later, a licence photographed and sent by text. Forward it all through and LoanPilot reads it, whatever shape it arrives in.

Structured data, not just OCR

Every figure lands in a named field on the application, carrying where it came from and how confident the reading was, so you can see at a glance what deserves a second look.

Three ways to capture anything

From a document, from the interview, or typed in by hand. Use whichever is quickest for each field, because it all lands in the same application.

Interview in person or on a call

Record a face-to-face appointment, or send your client a join link for a phone or video call. Both are transcribed the same way, and both fill the same application.

Fields fill as you talk

The transcript runs live beside the application, and answers drop into their fields during the conversation. You can see what is still missing while your client is still on the call.

HEM living-expense benchmarks

Apply Household Expenditure Measure benchmarks to a single expense field or to all the empty ones at once, based on the household you have already recorded. Benchmarks only ever fill blanks; they never replace a figure you or your client gave.

You approve every figure

Nothing is final until you say so. Click any field to correct it, and once you have entered a figure by hand nothing overwrites it, not on the next document and not on the next call.

One application per client

Documents, calls and manual edits all build up a single record that saves as you work. Pick it up days later, add a second applicant, or archive it and bring it back.

Your clients' data stays in Australia

The production service stores and processes borrower data in Australia. It does not leave the country.

Every field tells you where it came from.

This is what makes the review pass quick. You check the handful that came in uncertain, not the whole page.

  • From a document

Read off a payslip, bank statement, ATO notice or identity document, with a confidence rating attached.

  • From the interview

Picked out of the live transcript while you and your client were talking.

  • HEM benchmark

A Household Expenditure Measure figure, used only where the field was still empty.

  • You entered it

Typed in or corrected by you. This is the authority on the field and is never overwritten.

The rule that matters: a better source can improve a field LoanPilot filled, but nothing overwrites a figure you set by hand.

What we are building next.

One thing, named plainly, because it is the question brokers ask first.

Not built yet

Checking the documents themselves

Generated payslips and edited bank statements are now good enough to survive a careful look. LoanPilot already reads every document and records which one each figure came from, which is most of the groundwork. The part still to come is checking the documents for signs of alteration, and flagging where two of them disagree about the same fact.

When it arrives it will do what the rest of the product does: put the problem in front of you with the evidence attached. It will not decline anyone, and it will not submit anything on its own.

If this is central to how you would use LoanPilot, say so on the call and we will show you where it has got to.

What your client sends and what they tell you, assembled into one application you have approved.
