Built to be trusted with borrower data.

An application is about as sensitive as a client file gets: income, debts, identity documents. Here is how LoanPilot earns that trust, in concrete terms and without security theatre.

Your data stays in Australia

The production service stores and processes borrower data in Australia. Your clients’ information does not leave the country.

You approve every figure

LoanPilot lodges nothing on its own. The broker reviews the application and confirms it, and a figure entered by hand is never overwritten.

ISO 27001:2022 certified

LoanPilot is built and operated by Telligro, which holds ISO 27001:2022 certification for its information-security management.

Tenant isolation

Each broking business’s data is separated at the database level, so one business can never see another’s clients or applications.

Encryption of sensitive data

Sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest, and reaching an application requires an authenticated session belonging to that business.

Masking for shoulder-surfing

Turn on masking and identifying numbers are hidden on screen, which helps when a client is sitting beside you or you are sharing your screen.

Time-limited client links

A borrower joins a remote appointment through a link tied to that session. They never get an account, a password, or a view of anything else.

Built and run by Telligro

LoanPilot runs on Telligro’s Ubix platform, which also handles document processing and identity, so security is consistent across the product.

Frequently asked

The questions brokers put to us most often, answered plainly.

Who is LoanPilot for?

Australian mortgage brokers and broking businesses, from sole operators to larger offices. Borrowers do not sign up directly; they take part through their broker.

Does LoanPilot lodge the application with a lender or aggregator?

LoanPilot's job is producing the application itself: a complete, structured account of your client's position, signed off by you and ready for a lender. How much of the onward lodgement is covered at launch is still being settled, so please talk to us about your workflow rather than assuming it is included.

Where is my clients' data stored?

The production service stores and processes borrower data in Australia. LoanPilot is built and operated by Telligro, which holds ISO 27001:2022 certification for its information-security management.

Which documents can it read?

The everyday lending pack: driver's licences and other identification, payslips, bank statements, and ATO notices. It does not matter whether they arrive as email attachments, as photographs taken on a phone, or in a batch you upload at once. Push them across and LoanPilot tells you what it found in each.

Can I still just type things in?

Yes. Every field is editable: click it, type, press Enter. A figure you enter by hand is treated as the authority on that field and is never replaced by a later document or call.

Does my client need an account?

No. For a remote interview you send them a join link, which opens in their browser with no sign-up and no app to install. You keep the account and the record.

Does LoanPilot check documents for fraud?

Not yet. Every figure already records which document it came from, which is the groundwork for it, and checking documents for signs of alteration is what we are building next. When it arrives it will flag the problem for you with the evidence attached; it will not decline anyone. Ask us on the call and we will show you where it has got to.
